Assists in conversions. A START command that includes the name of a program to run at start-up will only clear local variables (same as a BEGIN) and start the specified program. PxPlus will only re-initialize on a simple START issued from the console.
Off - A START command to re-initialize PxPlus will close all files and clear all variables.
