'+P' & '-P' Define Mouse Movement

Format	Signal Pixel-to-Pixel Change: '+P' Signal Line/Column Change: '-P'
Description	Use '+P' to transmit mouse movements on any change of position (pixel by pixel movement). Use '-P' to transmit mouse movements only on a change of line / column.
