'BT' Begin Type-Ahead Mode

Description	Use 'BT' to begin type-ahead mode. This mode lets the user enter input before the execution of an INPUT statement. ProvideX supplies an internal buffer for the characters entered. To end type-ahead mode, use 'ET' End Type Ahead. (See also: 'CI' Clear Input Type-Ahead Buffer.)
