Sets numeric colour code to be used for breakpoints and the colour used by the system for various information messages (pathname on a save, last reported error, ...)

Valid colour values are:

0 - Black	4 - Blue
1 - Red	5 - Magenta
2 - Green	6 - Cyan
3 - Yellow	7 - White
