Force line number size

	This functionality is a +PxPlus Exclusive
Description	When the '+5' parameter is set the system will force all line number references in a program listing to be 5 digits long. Normally ('+5' not set) when a line numbers are displayed in the system will output a 4 digit number unless the line number exceed 9999. Setting this paramater forces the line number to be 5 digits long in all cases.

Default	The default setting for this parameter is OFF (Line number varies between 4 and 5 digits).
