System Parameters

Description

Controls the system-generated directory delimiter used within the system.

When the 'DD' parameter is enabled, the system will replace the normal Microsoft reverse slash ( \ ) in path names with a standard slash ( / ).

The system variable DLM will show the current directory delimiter chosen and will reflect the setting of the 'DD' parameter.

Note:
This parameter is only effective on Microsoft platforms.

Default

Off - No replacement of delimiter occurs.
